AIRBUS AIR.PA:
Airbus is poised to take over all or part of the operations of four Spirit AeroSystems SPR.N plants as part of an impending deal that involves a carve-up of the U.S.-based aerostructures maker with Boeing BA.N, industry sources said.
FRENCH ELECTIONS:
French prime minister Gabriel Attal accused his far-right and leftwing political opponents of "promising the moon" in a three-way televised debate on Tuesday ahead of next Sunday's first round of early parliamentary elections.
LVMH LVMH.PA:
The French luxury group is buying Swiza, the owner of Swiss clockmaker Epee 1839, it said on Tuesday.
SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC SCHN.PA:
The group said on Tuesday it plans to invest $23.8 million and create 280 new jobs in South Carolina as it sees a surge in U.S. industry electrification by 2023.
VINCI SGEF.PA:
The engineering group said on Tuesday it had finalised the acquisition of 50.01% of Edinburgh Airport for £1.3 billion (1.54 billion euros).
