MOSCOW, Oct 24 (Reuters) -Urals crude oil differentials to dated Brent were steady again on Thursday, while Russia's oil exports from its three main western ports will fall in November from the previous month as refinery maintenance season is over, market sources said.

Urals, KEBCO and Siberian Light oil loadings from Russia's ports of Primorsk, Ust-Luga and Novorossiisk will drop by 13% in November from October to 1.95 million barrels per day, according to trade sources and Reuters calculations.
