Med crude-Urals diffs stable, Tuapse refinery to resume processing in Nov

The plant is expected to process about 480,000 metric tons of crude oil next month, limiting crude oil availability for exports, traders added.
Russia's crude oil exports from its three main western ports will drop by 13% in November from the previous month to 1.95 million barrels per day amid higher refinery intake.
